destaff.ai (operated by SCALIFAI LTD, 1 Apriliou 19, Melania Court, Flat/Office 102, 8220 Chlorakas, Paphos, Cyprus) operates two separate text message streams, each with its own separate consent. Consent to one never grants consent to the other.
Each consent is optional, is collected independently of the other, and is never a condition of any purchase.
You join a stream by submitting your mobile number at destaff.ai/sms-signup and ticking the separate consent box for that stream. Every box is unchecked by default, none is required to submit the form, and ticking one has no effect on the other. Consent is never pre-checked, never bundled, and never a condition of any purchase.
Marketing consent — presented on its own checkbox, worded exactly:
“Separately, I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (offers and promotions) from destaff.ai (SCALIFAI LTD) at the phone number provided. This consent is optional, is not required for anything else, and is not a condition of any purchase. Up to 6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
Informational consent — presented on a different, independent checkbox, worded exactly:
“I agree to receive informational text messages from destaff.ai (SCALIFAI LTD) about my request at the phone number provided — for example the information I asked for and appointment coordination. Up to 6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
We store each consent separately, together with the timestamp, the phone number, the source and the exact wording shown to you, and we can produce that record on request.
Up to 6 messages per month per stream. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. destaff.ai does not charge you for receiving messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (also STOPP, ABMELDEN, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. After you send one of these keywords, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. That opt-out takes effect immediately and persists across all of our campaigns. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network coverage. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your mobile number is used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is disclosed only to the messaging provider (Twilio Inc.) that delivers the messages on our behalf, and solely for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
