2. What we collect

Account data (name, email address) when you register
Your mobile phone number, if you choose to give it to us
Your messaging consents, including timestamp, source and the exact wording shown to you
Support conversations and, for merchants using our platform, their customers' enquiries
Payment data via Stripe (we never store card numbers)

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide our service, to answer your enquiry, and — only where you gave the relevant separate consent — to send you informational or marketing text messages. We do not use your data for automated decision-making with legal effect.

4. SMS and mobile information

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we use that number only to send the messages covered by the specific consent you gave. Marketing consent and informational consent are collected separately; one is never used to justify the other. Message frequency is up to 6 messages per month per stream. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who we share data with

We use processors that act on our instructions only: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Twilio Inc. (message delivery). Twilio receives a phone number solely to deliver a message you consented to receive. We never sell personal data.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep consent records for as long as we message you and afterwards for as long as we must be able to prove the consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time by emailing erkan@destaff.ai. Users in the EU/EEA additionally hold the rights set out in Articles 15–21 GDPR; the German-language policy at destaff.ai/privacy describes these in full.
